Our Quoting System

When you call us to arrange a quote, we will attend your property and discuss your requirements and advise the best course of action in order to fill those requirements. Once we have determined our best price it will be given to you in writing. This is a fixed price and will not change, unless the original parameters of the job are changed.

Our Pricing Policy

We operate in a highly competitive industry. In order to win your business we need to give you a price which will be better than that of our competition. At the same time we need to balance that by allowing enough time to complete the job safely and to the high standards we set ourselves. We have a number of goals with every job we perform. In order of priority these are:

1. Safety – No one gets hurt and nothing gets broken.

2. Excellence – All arboricultural work meets or exceeds AS4373.

3. Satisfaction – We want you to call us back, and tell your friends about us.

4. Profit – Yes we do enjoy what we do, but we have to pay the bills as well.

Pricing for Tree Removal

or Tree Pruning

We are often asked how much it costs to prune or remove a tree. It is not a question that can easily be answered until we have surveyed the tree in question. There are many factors to be considered. These include, but are not limited to: the size; the species; the location of the tree on your property; the access and distance between the tree and where the truck will be parked; and obstacles which need to be avoided when dismantling parts of the tree.

The way we arrive at a price when we are doing a quote is we estimate how long it will take for us to complete the job safely and to a standard of excellence that will make you recommend us to your friends and family.

Pricing for Stump Removal

We remove stumps by grinding them down to a depth that will meet your requirements. We will always ask what you intend to do with the area where the stump lies in order to meet your requirements.

Once again there are factors that affect what the final price will be. These include, but are not limited to: the size; the species; the location of the stump on your property; the presence of underground services that may need to be located by potholing; and the presence of paving, bricks, or rocks.
