G’day, I am John (Doc) Holliday, owner and lead climber for Jim’s Trees Dianella.

 

Whenever I want a tradesman to do some work I often wonder how to pick the right one. So how do you know that my team is the right team? That’s easy. I will show you. Look around you will find movies and pictures of our work. There are testimonials and references for you to check out too.

 

Last of all and perhaps most important, we have the Jim’s satisfaction guarantee. It is quite simple. If you are not satisfied with the work I have done call the national office on 131546 and tell them. The state  franchisor will come out to your place and if my work falls short of AS4373 (the Australian standard for pruning of amenity trees) then it gets fixed up AT NO COST TO YOU.

Of course we are fully insured for property damage, personal accident and workers compensation but frankly I am tight with my money. A long time ago I discovered that if I didn’t make a claim my insurance was cheaper so I plan each job carefully. It must work because I haven't made an insurance claim since 1996!
